your toi et moi ring was designed around two stones. this upgrade replaces one of them — your choice of which — with a pear or emerald cut diamond. the diamond is set in the same solid gold, the same silhouette. the stone you keep stays exactly as it is. the result is the ring you know, made more. send us your ring. we make the upgrade. we send it back — fully insured, both ways.
01 — place your order select your diamond cut and complete checkout. you'll receive a confirmation email with your pre-paid, fully insured return shipping label within 24 hours. when you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. reply to let us know which of your two stones you'd like replaced with the diamond.
02 — send us your ring use the included label to ship your ring back to us. it's insured from the moment it leaves your hands. we confirm receipt within 24 hours of arrival.
03 — we add the diamond our jewellers in LA set your chosen diamond beside your existing birthstone in solid gold. One of your original stone will be replaced. 04 — we ship it back to you fully insured, tracked, and packaged in the juwels & co box. standard turnaround: 10–14 days from when we receive your ring

all diamonds used in the upgrade are GIA or IGI standard — certified for cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. your upgraded ring ships with a certificate of authenticity confirming the diamond and metal specifications.
standard turnaround is 10-14 days from when we receive your ring. if you need your ring back by a specific date — an anniversary, a birthday, a trip — email us at hello@juwels.co before ordering and we'll let you know if we can accommodate the timeline. insured shipping both ways is included in the price. your ring is covered from the moment it leaves your hands until it arrives back with you.
