Yes. We clean all fine jewelry, not only pieces from Juwels. If you wear it and love it, we'll take care of it.

What does the cleaning process involve?

We use professional ultrasonic and steam cleaning, followed by a hand inspection. Every piece is checked before it's returned to you.

Who is the diamond upgrade for?

It's for existing Juwels customers who already own a Toi et Moi ring and want to upgrade one or both center stones to a natural or lab diamond.

Can I choose between a natural and lab diamond?

Yes. We'll walk you through both options, including size, cut, and budget, before anything is confirmed.

Where is the upgrade work done?

Entirely in our Los Angeles studio. You'll never work with a third party.

How does the custom design process work?

It starts with a conversation. You share what you have in mind and our Los Angeles design team takes it from there, from first sketch to finished piece.
