Most rings can be resized 1 to 2 sizes in either direction. We handle everything in our Los Angeles studio and always confirm the adjustment with you before any work begins.

We resize rings from Juwels and beyond. Yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, and platinum. Every resize includes a full polish. White gold rings receive a fresh rhodium plate, included in the price. We work carefully and always confirm the adjustment with you before any work begins.

How it works
Place your order and we will reach out to you within 1 to 2 business days with a prepaid shipping label. Pack your ring securely in its original box or with soft padding and ship it to our Los Angeles studio. Once we receive it, we inspect your ring and contact you to confirm the exact adjustment and final price. No work begins until you approve. We then resize, polish, and inspect your ring before shipping it back to you, insured, with tracking sent to your email.
Can my ring be resized?
Most rings in 14k or 18k yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, and platinum can be resized 1 to 2 sizes. Full eternity bands and full pavé settings typically cannot be resized without affecting the stones. We will always let you know after inspecting your ring, before touching it. If resizing is not possible, we ship your ring back at no charge.
Production Time
Ring resizing is completed by hand in our Los Angeles studio. Most resizes are finished and shipped back within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your ring. If you need your ring back by a specific date, reach out before ordering: hello@juwels.co
