yes. most colored gemstones in the toi et moi collection are natural — garnet, amethyst, aquamarine, and others are available to select directly on the product page. lab-created stones (diamond, emerald, ruby, and sapphire) are also available. if you have a specific request, reach out at hello@juwels.co.

how do i choose my two stones?

you can combine any two birthstones — your own, a partner's, a child's, or simply two stones that feel meaningful to you. each stone carries its own energy and intention: garnet for protection, diamond for clarity and strength, sapphire for wisdom, emerald for renewal, and so on. select your combination from the dropdown above, and we'll handcraft the ring to your specifications.

what gold options are available?

each ring is available in solid 14k yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold or platinum. we use solid gold — not gold-filled or gold-plated — so the ring holds its quality and color over time. all pieces come with a diamond certificate where applicable.

is this ring made to order?

yes. every ring is handcrafted in our los angeles studio after you place your order. because each piece is made specifically for you — with your chosen stones, metal, and size — production takes 10-15 business days. if you need it by a specific date, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

what if my ring doesn't fit?

we offer free ring sizing up to 6 weeks after you receive your ring. if your size changes or the fit isn't quite right, reach out within that window and we'll take care of it. we also have a ring size guide to help you find your size before ordering — and our team is always happy to help if you're unsure.

what is your warranty and return policy?

all juwels & co rings come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. if something isn't right with the craftsmanship of your piece, we'll make it right.for returns, we offer a two-week return window from the date you receive your ring. because our pieces are made to order and personalized, we ask that you reach out to us before sending anything back — we want to find the best solution for you, whether that's a resize, repair, exchange, or refund. free shipping applies to all us orders.

yes — engraving is available for $45 and can be added at checkout. a meaningful way to personalize your piece with a date, initials, or a short phrase. engraving is placed on the back of the setting.

Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on.
Mark where the paper meets itself with a pen.
Lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres — that's your circumference.

Using a ring you already own

Place the ring flat on a ruler.
Measure straight across the inside opening in millimetres — that's your diameter.
Match it to the Diameter column in the Size Chart.
