What does the custom design process look like?

Step 1: Discovery Call — We’ll learn about your ideas, inspiration, and goals for the piece.Step 2: Design Proposal — We create sketches or digital renderings for your review. We will ask for a $100 CAD design fee once we will we are close to the overall look of your item.Step 4: Deposit Payment — A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Step 5: Creation — Our master jewelers bring your design to life.Step 6: Delivery — Your finished piece is beautifully packaged and delivered to you!Step 2: Design Proposal — We create sketches or digital renderings for your review.

When is payment required?

A $100 CAD design fee is required to begin the design process. This fee is applied toward your final cost. Once you’ve approved the CAD rendering, we’ll purchase the gemstone or diamond and request a deposit, which will vary depending on the size and cost of the center stone. After the stone is secured and the design is finalized, the remaining balance is due in full before we begin production of your piece.Throughout the process, we’ll provide you with a clear timeline, estimate, and guidance so you feel confident every step of the way.

What happens if I don't like the design?

Our process includes a design approval phase before production begins. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request adjustments to the design at that stage.Once you approve the final design and production starts, changes cannot be made, and custom pieces are non-refundable.That’s why we take extra care to ensure you're completely happy with the design before moving forward!
